Below are a few of our most popular appetizers. There are plenty of other options available, and we will work with you to design the best menu for your event.
- Chilean Sea Bass
- Macadamia-encrusted Chilean sea bass on a bed of wahini rice; served with sun-dried tomatoes and wild mushrooms; garnished with a confetti of chives, red pepper, and parsley on a chiffonade of fresh spinach and drizzled with homemade mayonnaise.
- Fresh Garden Salad
- California baby lettuces, romaine lettuce, radicchio, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, and tomatoes with homemade ranch dressing. An optional second dressing is available upon request.
- Grilled Portobello Mushroom Tower
- Portobello mushroom marinated in virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, red wine, and a touch of balsamic vinegar; grilled as a vegetarian steak and toped with poached, vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes, grilled celeriac root, and fresh asparagus tips; served on a bed of creamy polenta.
- Oriental Salad
- Pea pods, bok choi, and other Oriental-style vegetables with a sesame oil and vinegar dressing and a ramen noodle crunch.
- Vase Salad
- Roma tomato vase filled with baby lettuce; garnished with a confetti of radish and carrots and three types of dressing sprinkled on the plate.
